Ryan Crossey
Accounts and Finance Director
With over 20 years experience within the IT sector, Ryan will be your first point of contact. Specialising in account management, and on-site, cloud based or hybrid infrastructure solutions, Ryans main focus is looking after and growing the existing COG client base. Ryan is a keen cyclist and competes at a racing level, wrecking himself and one of his many race bikes on frequent occasions.
David Cunningham
Technical Director
David is the founder of COG along with Ryan and has provided high quality solutions to clients since 2004. Davids ranging skillset includes Virtualistion HyperV, Microsoft wintel servers, Exchange, Office365 and networking analysis and troubleshooting. David is an avid gamer and rebuilds his own gaming machine at least once a year.
Richard McClenaghan
Creative Director
Richard has been with COG for over 5 years and is in charge of web design, branding, SEO solutions and digital marketing . His wealth of experience includes Wireframe layout, Html, CSS, PSD , Wordpress, Jquery, Photoshop and PHP. In his spare time Richard plays local amateur football, takes part in any local 10k and half marathon and is a Blackburn Fan (apart from that his judgement is pretty sound )
Emma Cunningham
Accounts Manager
Emma is Cog’s accounts manager and controls invoicing and purchasing along with general admin. Emma started off with a degree in Computer Science before seeing the light and achieving a masters in Psychology. Emma is a yoga master and enjoys hiking in her spare time, probably to try and get as far away from the office as possible on her days off.
Martin Sloan
IT Support
Martin specialises in data communications and networking technologies (CCNA) / system analysis. His expertise lies in VMware ESXI Virtualisation, Hyper-V, Proxmox Virtual Environments, Linux and Wintel servers. Martin also enjoys working with emerging technologies in cloud deployment and is a keen linux enthusiast. In his free time Martin is a licensed HAM radio operator and a member of the Mid-Ulster Amateur Radio Club.
Jake Bown
Developer
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, My SQL and particularly Ux design, Jake is the man to make sure your website gives its users the best experience possible. Jake is a keen Cross fit enthusiast and competes whenever he isn’t injured - which is basically never.
Hannah Kinnin
Marketing Executive
Hannah is our marketing executive and is also studying a 3-year Higher Learning Apprenticeship. Studying Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Communications enables her to apply cutting-edge and innovative concepts into our multimedia initiatives. Beyond her professional commitments, Hannah likes to spend her free time paddle-boarding alongside her friends.
